Yes, the gym is located in the lower level of Hotel VIA and is available to guests 24 hours a day.
Complimentary coffee is served at the front desk reception daily from 6:30 – 10:30 AM.
Valet Parking is available for over night guests at Hotel VIA. Parking is $75 nightly. $105 for oversized vehicles. Valet charges are $90 for all home Giants home games. We can only park one car per hotel room. Cars may not stay after guests check out. Guests have in and out privileges.
Hotel VIA has a no pet policy and only service animals can be accommodated at the property.

SFO is 15 miles from Hotel VIA. Public Transportation options include BART and Caltrain with stops within blocks of Hotel VIA. Uber/Lyft rides typically are $35-$45 each way.
All guests must have a valid ID that matches a credit card upon check-in. Pre-paid reservations still require credit cards at check in for incidentals during the stay.
Only guests that are named on the reservation can check-into rooms. We can add additional names to a reservation, but must be done before arrival.
Yes, we can always accept and store packages prior to guests’ arrival. We do require that a reservation is made under the guests name who is have packages shipped to the hotel.
